Le conseil municipal tient à informer les citoyen(ne)s  que les taux de factures d’eau et d’égouts restent le même pour l’année 2006. Ces factures sortent à tous les trois mois soient : janvier, avril, juillet et octobre.

 

Comme les années précédentes, vous pouvez payer vos factures d’eau et d’égouts à la Caisse Populaire de Saint-Antoine. La Caisse Populaire peut demander un frais minime pour ces services.  Vous pouvez également payer vos factures à l’édifice municipal durant les heures d’ouvertures soit : 8h00 à 12h00 et 13h00 à 16h00. Pour ceux et celles qui veulent payer pour l’année, veuillez  multiplier votre facture de janvier  par quatre.

 

Les taux de taxe de propriété à resté le même soit 1.2170$ du cent dollars (100$) d’évaluation.

 

 

The municipal council wishes to inform the citizens that the water and sewer taxes will be the same for the year 2006. The invoices are billed every three months: January, April, July and October.

 

 Citizens can still pay their water and sewer invoices at the « Caisse Populaire » of Saint-Antoine.  A minimum fee may apply from the Caisse Populaire for this service. You can also pay your invoices at the municipal building during business hour which are 8:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. and 1:00 to 4:00p.m..  For those who wishes to pay their invoices for the year,may, by  multiplying  their January invoice by four.

 

The property taxes will stay the same at 1.2170$ per one hundred dollar (100$) of evaluation.

 

Rappel aux citoyen(ne)e: les étiquettes pour les chiens et les chats sont disponibles au bureau municipal. Comme stipulé dans l’arrêté 99-2, les étiquettes sont obligatoire dans la municipalité.

 

Public notice: Dog and cat tags are available at the municipal building.  As stipulated in the 99-2 by-law, tags are mandatory in the municipality.

La vente de garage  communautaire se déroulera le samedi 27mai 2006. Plus de détails seront disponibles sur le prochain Info Saint-Antoine.

 

The community Yard Sale will be held on Saturday May 27th, 2006.  More details will be available on the next Info Saint-Antoine.

APPELS D’OFFRES –SERVICE DE CONCIERGERIE

Le village de Saint-Antoine acceptera des soumissions cachetées jusqu’à 15 heures, le 31 janvier 2006 pour le nettoyage de ses locaux, soit l’Édifice municipal (4599, rue Principale) et la Bibliothèque publique de Saint-Antoine (11, avenue Jeanne d’Arc).

 

L’enttente sera à partir du 13 février 2006 jusqu’au 31 décembre 2009.  L’entente sera renouvelable à chaque année.

 

La plus basse soumission qui doit clairement indiquée « Service de conciergerie » ne sera pas nécessairement acceptée. Des exemplaires de tâches à accomplir sont disponibles entre 8h00 et 16h00 (fermé l’heure du midi) du lundi au vendredi à l’Édifice municipal au 4599, rue Principale.

OFFER TO TENDER- JANITOR SERVICE

The Village of Saint-Antoine is now accepting closed tender until 3 :00p.m. on January 31st 2006 for cleaning their municipal office (4459, Principal Street) and Public Library (11, Jeanne d’Arc Avenue).

 

The agreement will start on February 13th 2006 to December 31st 2009. The agreement will be renewable each year.

 

The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted.  Work description and tender form are available at the municipal office (4599, Principal Street) during working hours.
